• Stipend During Training : Rs. 60,000/- per month.

RCFL Management Trainee Selection Process 2026

• The selection process for RCFL Management Trainee (MT) Recruitment 2026 consists of the following stages:

  1. Online Written Test: Candidates must appear for a 90-minute Computer-Based Test (CBT) comprising 100 objective-type questions from Discipline Knowledge and Aptitude. Negative marking will be applicable as per the official notification.
  2. Document Verification: Candidates shortlisted in the online examination will be called for verification of original documents to confirm their eligibility.
  3. Personal Interview: Successfully verified candidates will be invited to attend a Personal Interview, where their technical knowledge, communication skills, and overall suitability for the post will be assessed.
  4. Pre-Employment Medical Examination: Candidates who qualify in all previous stages must undergo a medical fitness examination before receiving the final appointment.

  Final Selection: The final merit list will be prepared based on the candidate’s performance in the prescribed selection stages and fulfillment of all eligibility conditions as per RCF recruitment rules.
